Public Utilities Commission
The Grand Rapids Public Utilities Commission, Grand Rapids, Minnesota was established on March 30, 1910 by City Council resolution. The members of the Commission are appointed to four year terms by the City Council. The Commission manages and controls the electric distribution, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and wastewater treatment of the City.
